Play Therapy

Play Therapy provides a way for children to express their feelings and work through what is troubling them. Play is a child’s natural medium of self-expression and learning.

Our child-centred approach nurtures the child’s innate potential and encourages their unique development and emotional growth. Play Therapy works best with children aged 2 to 10 years. A commitment to 10 sessions is usually required for Play Therapy.
