Fiona Hall, LifeCare Director, provides executive leadership for LifeCare. Fiona has more than two decades of strategic leadership experience in the not-for-profit space and also has experience in small business, event management, financial management and professional training. As a proven leader she models a commitment to teamwork and a strong missional heart.

Pastor Toby Baxter, COACH Director, has over twenty years’ experience in Community Ministry & Social Work. He has worked with in the juvenile justice and drug and alcohol sectors and specialises in developing mentoring and coaching programs for young people and families. He co-founded COACH – Community Mentoring in Australia and a similar program in the UK. Toby enjoys going on wild adventures with his family and running marathons.
